A Look at Longer-Term Market Fundamentals
Hey, it’s Ross Givens here with the Chart of the Day. With all the market noise, it’s easy to forget we’re right in the middle of earnings season. But as today’s “scorecard” shows, company earnings remain solid. As of last Friday, 75% of S&P 500 companies have reported Q2 results, with 78% beating estimates—right in line with historical averages. These aren’t “great” results, but they’re solid.
