Hey, Ross here:
I’ve been talking a lot about the market’s strength lately.
Today, let’s look at a chart that shows why the market is firmly in “risk on” mode.
Chart of the Day

There are plenty of headlines talking about Nvidia – a dominant market leader – hitting new all-time highs.
And while that’s noteworthy, I wanted to bring you something a little different.
The above chart is the Cathie Woods’ ARK Innovation ETF hitting a new 52-week high.
This ETF holds a lot of speculative names…
Making it a decent gauge of gauging just how “risk on” the market is.
When a speculative ETF like that hits a new 52-week high amid all the uncertainty – that’s a clear sign of risk-on behavior.
And yet, as I show you below…
This behavior is not being reflected in the retail sentiment.
Insight of the Day
Retail sentiment is still significantly lagging risk-on behavior.
Take a look at the latest survey results from the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII).

While sentiment has improved a little from last week…
You can see the bulls still outnumber the bears.
That’s clearly at odds with what the objective price data is telling us.
As the saying goes, the most bullish thing the market can do is keep going up.
Don’t get left behind.
