Despite individual investor sentiment being at 52-week lows.
The institutional investors though?
As today’s chart shows – it’s a completely different story.
Chart of the Day
The first two charts ar

This is a Bank of America survey of global fund managers’ levels of cash holdings.
Cash levels tend to increase during market downturns and drop during bullish periods.

Insight of the Day
Individual investors are more likely to run from the unexpected, institutional investors are more likely to profit from it.
If there’s one thing we can expect from a Trump presidency, it’s the unexpected…
And individual investors – by their nature – or more likely to flee the unexpected.
Meanwhile, institutional investors – who realize that Trump is ultimately a positive force for the stock market and economy…
Are more likely to have the knowledge and resources to profit from the unexpected.
We may not have the resources of these institutional investors…
But we can certainly act like them – so we can also profit from uncertainty like they do.
That’s why later this afternoon at 3 p.m. Eastern…
I’m hosting a live training session to reveal a way to find low risk, HIGH confidence trades in spite of the market turbulence.
It’s all about looking for a hidden underground signal that tells you where the smartest investors in the market are placing their bets.
For instance, we recently detected this signal on Synchrony Financial (SYF)…
Spurring my top analyst to take a small test trade of just $346.
Three weeks later, that position had turned into $1,428 – a 521% gain.
And later this afternoon, I’m going live to show you exactly how to find this signal for yourself.
If you haven’t yet, click here to confirm your seat for my live training session…
And I’ll see you at 3 p.m. ET today.
